Please keep in mind that every tournament is different! Many factors go into how each photo schedule is made and progresses. Including but not limited to: number of venues/locations, number of ice surfaces being used simultaneously, popular tournament date weekends, number of teams participating, travel conditions, schedule changes when additional teams sign up (or forfeit), and game delays due to weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control. This is a team sport and we are on your team! Reach out to us if you have concerns about your order!

ABOUT THE TEAM DEAL

Receive your images on a large format Flash Drive before leaving your tournament, or upgrade to a Digital Download Link.

Typically 1.5-2 periods are photographed with hundreds of photos per game.

Pricing is available for either 1, 2, or 3 (or more) games. If you purchase the 3 game Team Deal and more games are photographed, the additional games are always added to your Team Deal for FREE!

Every tournament is different. Some we photograph every game and some we do not. It all depends on that weekend's schedule.

During reg. season tournaments, there is no guarantee that all of your games will be photographed. Check with our on-site sales rep. though, because at some tournaments, they could be!

Mite Jamboree and Nationals always include every game and some reg. season tournaments do as well. This is generalized information, please check with our staff to see how many games you have at your specific event.

There will be photos of the Action from both teams, save what you choose for your team.

This purchase is for Action Photos, no posed team photos are taken. At some tournaments championship team photos might be taken. With your purchase you may receive the raw image of this photo & it would also be available as prints on-site w/the logo & customized template/text.

Some tournaments have posed team photos (such as Nationals & All-Stars.) They are considered separate purchases & not included in the Action Team Deal. This is generalized information, please check with our staff if you have any questions.

End of game celebrations and shootouts are not photographed due to the format of each tournament. We aim to have photos loaded on our photo viewing machines before each game ends to give everyone a chance to view & make their selections before leaving. Full game coverage is not what is offered and we are not able to capture every moment of every game. Please keep this in mind when managing expectations and visit our sales station on-site to preview highlights from your games.

If you do not end up with at least 3 games for a full Team Deal purchase due to situations beyond our control (such as schedule changes/delays or weather delays/cancelations) you will be issued a refund based on our price structure for the game(s) missed. If you purchase the 3 game Team Deal for $450, it is for a minimum of 3 games. Talk to our sales rep. when you make your purchase to be sure what to expect as your tournament progresses.
Photos are NOT posted online for individual sale or preview.

Instead of receiving your order on a flash drive, select a Digital Download Link Upgrade for $45! Receive this link within days of the tournament's completion and use it to view/share/download your images on any device. A QUICK and easy way to share your purchase with your team. If you have not received yours within a few days of the tournament, please reach out and we will check the status of your order and can resend quickly. Please allow for a little extra processing time after busy holiday weekends, but all links are sent by Thursday the following week, so if you haven't received yours please check your spam folder and let us know!

POST EVENT PURCHASE
Looking to make a purchase after your tournament is over?
Purchase a Post Event Action Photo Team Deal! Pricing is available for 1, 2, or 3+ games. Contact us to see how many games we have for your team and we can put together an order for you. All post event purchases are sent as a Digital Download Link. Use this link to view/share and download the full-size high resolution photos to any device.
Digital Download Links are +$45, but may be discounted if you are purchasing less than 3 games. Reach out now for a price estimate! Post Event Team Deals are sent quickly, often the same day that payment is made, but please allow for extra processing time if your payment is made over the weekend.
If you do not have individual image numbers saved from on-site, the Post Event Team Deal is the only option for purchase, as we do not post games online after tournaments for individual preview/sale.
