Anyone can get a photo taken, including additional poses w/family or coaches. Place a separate order for each pose.

Make sure your player knows you want them to pose for an individual picture and/or a picture w/family... whether you pre-order or not.

Those without a printed receipt:

Before your photo, fill out a name card with your player’s name/#/team level.

If you didn't print your pre-order receipt, add your confirmation # to this card.

We match this card to your online order (including if you order afterwards).
Ordering for multiple players and/or poses with family:

Place your order one player or pose at a time.

Select “add another order or a family/sibling photo” to continue.

Each player/pose must have their own printed order receipt or name card.

If you want to purchase a digital copy only of your family photo, email us.
Photo format:

The location of your individual photo is chosen by your club and listed on your photo schedule. "Off ice" photos are in a traditional 3/4 hockey stance in front of our hockey backdrop. "On ice" are a full length shot in front of the net. Visit our products page to view samples of both formats.

Free photo touch up for orders placed within 2 weeks of picture day (before photos are submitted to our print lab). Just leave a request on your order!
Receiving your order:

Each player's photos ship separately. Orders placed within approx. 2 weeks of picture day typically ship within 4 weeks of your club's last picture day. Orders placed after this time (whether you're ordering late or ordering additional items) usually ship within a week, but some items may take up to 2 weeks. Please contact us if you need sooner.

Individual & family digital images can be purchased through our website to receive on a flash drive via USPS... or contact us to receive via email instead. Team photos are not available digitally.

Digital image purchases via email can be sent very quickly... great if you need for a last minute gift or holiday cards.
Proofs, Returns, or Missed Pictures:

Proofs are not posted online or sent via email, but we do guarantee all products*

If you're not satisfied with what you receive, you may request a reprint or return for a refund. Contact us about issues with your order within 2 months of picture day. *More details on our return policy.

Let us know asap if you missed your photos entirely so we can best help you. If you show up during another team’s timeslot, tell the photographer you are on a different team! We do not photoshop missing players into team photos, so please plan accordingly.

All order cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 7% processing fee. If you're unsure if your player will make it for picture day, you are welcome to wait and order afterwards at any time. Order within 2 weeks for the best price! If you receive your photos and love how they turned out, you may order additional items any time.
